Meet Dr. Schneekloth

Dr. Schneekloth is a highly skilled and fellowship trained podiatric surgeon specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. With years of experience and a dedication to delivering patient-centered care, Dr. Schneekloth combines advanced surgical techniques with a compassionate, thoughtful approach to ensure the best possible outcomes. Outside of the operating room, Dr. Schneekloth is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about hockey and golf. As a hockey player, he understands the importance of staying active and healthy, which allows him to empathize with patients recovering from sports-related injuries. Golf offers a different challenge, one that reflects Dr. Schneekloth's precision and focus. These interests not only provide balance and relaxation in his personal life but also helps him relate to patients, especially athletes, who are eager to get back to doing what they love. Whether on the ice, the green, or in the clinic, Dr. Schneekloth is driven by a desire to improve both the mobility and overall well-being of his patients.

Education

2005-2009

Marquette University

Dr. Schneekloth played hockey for Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was team captain and president his senior year. He started playing hockey at the age of four and spent his summers teaching children at hockey camps. While also at Marquette University, he volunteered frequently with the Special Olympics and was on the Board of Biomedical Sciences for the College of Health Sciences. His Bachelors is in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Chemistry.

2009-2013

Barry University

Dr. Schneekloth received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at Barry University in Miami, Florida. While attending, he was vice president of his class as well as President of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. During his free time, he volunteered at a homeless shelter and played golf.

2013-2017

UPMC Mercy

Dr. Schneekloth completed a 3-year residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania under the department of Orthopedic Surgery at UPMC Mercy. He was chief resident in 2016.

He then completed a 1-year Fellowship in Trauma and Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Schneekloth was also the first UPMC fellow to have his fellowship approved by Council of Podiatric Medical Education.

2017-2022

Palm Springs, CA

After his Fellowship, Dr. Schneekloth practiced for 5 years in Palm Springs, California. He specialized in Forefoot Surgery, Hindfoot & Ankle Reconstruction, Ankle Arthroscopy, Orthopedic Trauma, Diabetic Limb Salvage & Reconstruction as well as Advanced Wound Care & Plastic Surgery. He had hospital privileges at Eisenhower Medical Center, Desert Regional Medical Center, and John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital.

2022-Present

Butler, PA

Dr. Schneekloth now practices in Butler, Pennsylvania. He is excited to welcome new patients and is ready to provide expert care for all your foot and ankle needs.
